For code 01 R & 02 R:
Above Fees will cover the conference syllabus - education presentation and materials – One bag , 4 coffee breaks menus , 2 menu lunches , 2 menu Dinner .
For code 03 R & 04 R:
Above Fees will cover the social program in the morning of 2 days of the conference and 2 menu lunches, 2 menu Dinner .
For code 05 R :Above Fees will cover children 2 menu lunches and 2 Dinners .
No registration will be accepted without the registration form fulfilled and presented with full registration fees.
The deadline of payment for any contribution in the conference should be 01-11-2011.
